PATCH ON THE PLAZA
test kitchen brought the culinary magic to patch from 2021 through 2024, achieving trip advisor’s coveted “number 1 restaurant in windsor”.
dedicated to using fresh and seasonal ingredients, we utilised hyper-local produce to create an ever-changing menu of bites and small plates.
engaged in partnership from launch in summer 2021 through summer 2024, patch on the plaza is windsor’s first and only fully-alfresco restaurant and bar.

rêve retreat
gemma and jammer stokes who designed, created and built every single element of rêve retreat are living proof that there's nothing stopping us from making dreams a reality.
the site is breathtaking; a grand main barn which acts as a focal hub, a full bar & kitchen, banquet dining, rolling fields, animals, a beautiful outdoor pool, cocktail truck et al. accommodation is formed by 6 handcrafted luxe-cabins w/private bathtubs plus full a/c and heating.
Exciting plans are unfolding at Rêve Retreat, with the upcoming launch of a “neighbourhood supper club” in the main barn. TK was brought in to turn this vision into reality, handling everything from menu creation and costings to kitchen operations, service flows, and a booking management system, all seamlessly handed over to the Stokes family.
we also hosted a few unforgettable dining experiences, including a magical al fresco dinner in the orchard, under a canopy of stars. all work we did with our friends at rêve retreat was pure collaboration and an absolute pleasure to experience!
TK will be back in the limousin hosting a spectacular foodie retreat in 2025.

honest burger collab
Honest butchery beef patty, @villagemaid Waterloo cheese, TK tarragon & miso butter, mushroom sour cream, crispy shallots.
starting in 2021 and still going, honest got in touch with us to create a burger for their new site opening in windsor. we worked alongside honest at their development kitchen & created this belter.
it’s been on their windsor menu since the site launch & reigns supreme as their most successful collab burger, across all uk honest locations, to date.
test kitchen food truck
running from 2017 - 2020, the tk food truck served restaurant quality food from the back of a deceptively clapped-out ford transit.
Resident feeders at Windsor & Eton brewery & Loading Bay Cafe, the TK food truck was Available for private hire to Windsor & the surrounding areas.
ensuring not to compromise on quality, we were careful not to commit to high volume events where quantity required could jeopardise quality.
Our food truck achieved the number 1 rating as Trip Advisor’s “Best restaurant in Windsor”.

Royal Farm produce, delivered as pre-prepared kits and cooked live over Zoom under our guidance.
Every Saturday night from 6pm until the last man logged-out in the wee hours. Cooking masterclasses & fire alarm testing across the Royal Borough & beyond, followed by kitchen karaoke, dancing & cocktail shaking. John wore a kimono for special occasions. Corporate classes including mixology, delivered nationwide.

milly’s chinese-malaysian family recipes, served sharing-style at her home dining table.
supper club was hosted every Friday & Saturday while operational. Seats sold out months in advance, without any idea of the menu.
consisted of BYOB, dancing on sofas, food coma & cabs.
